Q: Do I need a partner to enroll?
A: No. Of course, if you do have a partner, bring him along. We always rotate partners frequently during the lessons, so, everybody gets the chance to dance with everybody. We know that guys are usually very shy when it comes to dancing. That’s why, ladies, do be persuasive with your male friends so that there are enough partners for everybody.

Q: Do I need any special clothes or shoes?
A: Bring comfortable clothes and shoes that allow you to move freely. Do not wear sneakers or other shoes with rubber soles, choose instead shoes that are a little slippery so that you can turn easily. If you don’t have any appropriate shoes, you can bring thick socks to dance in.

Q: I have danced salsa before. What level course should I take?
We recommend everybody to join the Level 1 class first, as it will include fundamentals that are suitable for people from all levels. If you have only had a few lessons or if you have just learned salsa on the dance floor and never took any lessons, then we recommend that you keep learning at Level 1.
However, if you have a lot of experience in salsa or other genres of dance and you are confident that you will pick up the moves quickly, you might be suitable for Level 2. You are welcome to join to our first Level 1 class and talk to us. We can give you better advice in person.
